This week, I’m lucky enough to have a story published by someone else.
You can check out my very short piece Things I Did When I Was Dead over at Punk Noir Magazine. I don’t submit a lot of stories, but I really admire Stephen J Gold’s long-form fiction (he has three novels to date), and ‘punk’ and ‘noir’ are both central concerns of this newsletter.
The piece is here.
And it starts like this:
Nathan Hoyle was a former office worker, fiscal conservative, bachelor, and weekend alcoholic. It wasn’t much to reflect on, now that he had a couple of hours to live.
Fuck it.
He picked up the gun and put it to his head.
Nah, wait.
Enjoy.
U.S.A. AND U.K. RESIDENTS: MY BOOKS ARE BACK IN STOCK
In other news, I have opened up my online shop to UK and USA residents. Sorry about the delays. It took a moment to get things sorted.
I’m selling the International Editions in these markets and they look like this:

Paperbacks here with local postage, or a bit extra for signed copies (as they are coming from the land down under)
Ebooks here.
Various discounted bundles here.
Any issues with the website, let me know — like it’s owner, it’s a work in progress.
